Monitoring Progress

The Early Childhood Education Campus at Maddox Measures six developmental areas of 3 and 4 year olds three different times throughout each school year. The table below is a Widely Held Expectations Report which compares information about the knowledge, skills, and behaviors of an individual child, class, or other group with widely held developmental expectations for children of the same age or same class/grade in regards to literacy. The students will be measured two additional times this school year, so we will be able to watch their growth over time.

Changes Effective: January 1, 2014
 
MEDICAL
Kaiser Permanente:
2 High Deductible Health Plan Options
 
1)     $2000 Individual/$4000 Family
District HSA Monthly Contribution = $65.97
 
                               OR
 
2)     $4000 Individual/$8000 Family
District HSA Monthly Contribution = $136.28
 
The amount allotted for premium plus HSA = $476.11
$2000/$4000 Monthly Premium: $410.14 + $65.97 = $476.11
$4000/$8000 Monthly Premium: $339.83 + $136.28 = $476.11
 
1.0 FTE Teachers: the District will pay the employee’s monthly premium/HSA contributions for those eligible and enrolled.
 
Admin/Pro/Tech and Classified employees working a minimum of 4 hours per day and 175 days per year: the District will pay the employee’s monthly premium/HSA contributions for those eligible and enrolled.

Open Enrollment for Voluntary Benefits: November 11 – 22, 2013

During this period Sun Life will be offering: Critical Illness and Cancer, Voluntary Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Short Term Disability policies (informational materials attached). During the open enrollment window employees may enroll with a knowledgeable Sun Life educator, or from the comfort of your home through an online account available at https://sunlife.benselect.com/Enroll. Specific plan information will be available during open enrollment and benefit booklets will be provided after enrollment. Sun Life educators will be available for enrollment assistance and questions at the following locations and times:

Clayton Elementary

Charles Hay World School
November 20th
10:00 am – 12:00 pm
